2. The HELP DESK is the easiest and fastest way to get help with any IT issues. This will insure that your issue is addressed promptly in case one of members of the IS Department is out of the office. Simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with any issues. Please note: if your request requires a DATA ADD/CHANGE Form, please make sure to attach the most current one with the appropriate documentation.
3. Don't forget about the NTS Suggestion Box! This will send a CONFIDENTIAL email to HR that will be reviewed. Go to the HR page to access this great feature.
